I use a dry erase marker to write on my daughters’ bathroom mirror. I recently started this habit so they would start and end their day reading encouraging words. (I read a frightening statistic about young girls and eating disorders.) Here, I share what I’ve written and will update each time I write something new on their mirror. If you have something awesome I should add, please feel free to let me know! I’m always looking for great sayings to encourage them and teach them to love themselves.
If you can dream it, you can achieve it. ~ Walt Disney
Be more than a pretty face.
Have a grateful heart. Every day.
What a GREAT idea. I’m totally doing this. Starting with: ‘You are capable of more than being looked at’.
Thank you, Amber! It’s surprisingly empowering for all of us. My kids have started writing on MY mirror now. 🙂
